Law
Expert guidance for pursuing law programs abroad. From LLM at Harvard and Oxford to direct-entry LLB in the UK, JD in the US, and international law careers — we help you navigate the complex world of legal education across jurisdictions.
What is Law?
Legal education abroad opens doors to international law firms, multinational corporations, human rights organizations, and government agencies. For Indian law graduates, an LLM from a top global law school is the fastest path to international career mobility.
The legal education landscape varies dramatically by country — the UK offers direct-entry LLB (3 years), the US requires a 4-year undergraduate degree + 3-year JD, and many countries offer LLM (Master of Laws) for existing law graduates. We navigate all these pathways.
Our students have gained admission to Harvard Law School, Oxford Law, Cambridge Law, Columbia Law, NYU Law, LSE, and other top-ranked law programs. Dr. Karan Gupta provides strategic guidance on jurisdiction selection, application strategy, and career planning.
The Benefits of Law
Discover how our expert guidance can transform your career journey
Jurisdiction-Specific Guidance
Law is jurisdiction-specific. We help you understand which country's legal education best serves your career goals — US, UK, EU, or international law.
LLM vs JD vs LLB Strategy
Choose the right program: LLM (1-year specialist for law graduates), JD (3-year professional degree for career changers), or LLB (direct-entry undergraduate).
Personal Statement & Essay Strategy
Law school personal statements require precision, analytical thinking, and clear articulation of legal interests. We help you stand out.
LSAT/GRE Preparation Guidance
Strategic preparation for LSAT (required for US JD programs) or understanding which LLM programs don't require standardized tests.
Bar Exam & Licensing Planning
Understanding post-graduation licensing: Bar exam (US), QLTS/SQE (UK), BCI recognition (India). Plan your career path before enrollment.
Career Path Planning
International law firm recruitment, human rights organizations, corporate counsel roles, government positions, and academic careers.
How Law Works
Legal Career Assessment
Determine your legal interests (corporate, human rights, IP, tech law), preferred jurisdiction, and whether LLM, JD, or LLB is right.
Profile Building
Strengthen your application with moot court experience, law review publications, internships at law firms or courts, and pro bono work.
Program Selection
Strategic shortlist based on specialization strength, bar admission opportunities, employer recruitment, and financial considerations.
Application Crafting
Develop compelling personal statements, CVs highlighting legal experience, and recommendation strategies specific to law school admissions.
Enrollment & Career Planning
Accept offers, plan bar exam preparation, and develop a recruitment strategy for legal internships and post-graduation positions.

Dr. Karan Gupta on Law
For Indian law graduates, an LLM from a top US or UK school is the single most impactful career investment you can make. It opens doors to international law firms, multinational corporations, and organizations that Indian LLB/LLM alone cannot.
The US JD is a 3-year, expensive commitment — but it leads to the highest legal salaries globally. If you're serious about practicing law in the US, the JD + Bar exam is the only path. LLM alone has limited career value in the US.
UK LLB is an excellent option for Indian high school students who know they want to study law. 3-year direct entry, world-class education, and the SQE qualification pathway makes UK an efficient choice.
Moot court experience is the single most valued extracurricular for law school admissions — more than any other activity. If you're planning to apply, invest heavily in moot court competitions.
