SSE values people who thrive in ambiguity and learn from change. Pick a real example where you faced uncertainty, had to learn quickly, and adapted your approach. Focus on how you handled the discomfort and what you learned.

Why an MBA, and why now, specifically?

Be specific about what you want to learn and achieve. Connect it to a goal or transition you're pursuing. Avoid generic 'career development' language. Instead: 'I've run a startup; now I want to develop strategic thinking and international perspective to scale beyond the Nordic market.'
