Questions families ask before asking
Who writes the answer?+
Dr. Karan Gupta. His team prepares the groundwork from what you send us; he reads every line, corrects anything that is not his view, and signs it. Nothing goes out that he has not approved.
How is this different from the consultation?+
The consultation is a 60-minute conversation with Dr. Gupta, with your family, that ends in a personalised roadmap. The written answer is his opinion on one question, or on where your profile stands. It does not include a university shortlist, an application plan or document review; those are what the consultation is for.
What if I later book the consultation?+
The fee you paid for the written answer is credited in full against the consultation fee, as long as you book within 60 days and use the same email address. The credit is applied automatically on the booking page.
How long does it take?+
One Question: within three working days of payment. Profile Opinion: within five. You receive the answer by email, as a PDF.
What if the answer does not address my question?+
Reply to the email and tell us. We revise it, or refund it.
How do I pay?+
Online through Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking) or by bank transfer. The answer is scheduled the moment the payment lands.
