Format

Exeter does NOT interview for the vast majority of undergraduate programmes — admissions are UCAS-based. Exceptions: Medicine (via the UCAT score + MMI), and some programmes with professional requirements. Exeter has risen dramatically in UK rankings over the past decade and is now one of the most popular Russell Group choices. For postgraduate taught programmes, most admit on application alone. PhD applicants are interviewed by supervisors.

Duration

Medicine MMI: approximately 60 minutes. PhD interviews: 20-30 minutes.

Medicine: MMI assessors. PhD: supervisory team.
