Format

KU Leuven does not conduct admissions interviews for most standard programs. Admission is document-based. Some programs require entrance exams (Medicine and Dentistry have a competitive exam; Civil Engineering and Architecture have mandatory exams). Select advanced master's and doctoral programs may include academic interviews. KU Leuven is Belgium's oldest and highest-ranked university.
