Students Placed

Every KGC student in the 2026 cohort accepted an offer from a university on their list. Not every application succeeds — that is what a real admissions process looks like — but every student had a place to go.

A pooled offer rate of 31.4% across all eight Ivy League universities. We report the pooled figure rather than a rate per school: with seven to twenty-five applications each, individual percentages would say more about small numbers than about students.

How this is counted. Scholarship and financial-aid value is the total nominal value of institutional scholarships, grants, need-based aid and tuition waivers at the university the student ultimately chose, across the stated award period. It is a total, not an annual figure. Loans and work-study are excluded. KGC has secured $76M+ in scholarships and aid on this basis since 1999.

How these figures are counted. A placed student is one who accepted an admission offer and confirmed their intended university destination. Admission counts refer to offers received and therefore may include more than one offer for the same student. The featured universities are a selected list, not every university at which offers were received. Figures are based on KGC's internal placement records for 212 students in the 2026 cohort, as reported by students and their families. Results are for the Fall 2026 intake and were final at the time of publication.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does KGC count placements?
A placed student is one who accepted an admission offer and confirmed their intended university destination. In the 2026 cohort that is 212 students. Offer counts are a different measure: they are admission offers received, so one student can appear in more than one university's total. The 222 featured offers across 44 international universities are a selected list, not every university our students were admitted to.
What is KGC's Ivy League result for 2026?
KGC students received 33 Ivy League offers in the 2026 cycle, held by 26 unique students, from 105 Ivy League applications — a pooled offer rate of 31.4%. Offers came from all eight Ivy League universities. We report the pooled figure rather than a rate per university because the per-university application counts are small enough that individual percentages would be misleading.
Do KGC students receive scholarships?
In the 2026 cohort, 194 of 212 students — 92% — received scholarships or financial aid, with a total package value of $14M+. That figure is the total nominal value of institutional scholarships, grants, need-based aid and tuition waivers at the university each student chose, across the stated award period; it is not an annual amount, and loans and work-study are excluded. Across recipients it averages roughly $72K per student over the award period.
