Be especially wary of the shiny promises made by some of the newer private or hybrid programs; immigration and finances become pivotal conversations here, so scrutinize these options as rigorously as you would an established institution. Strengthened applications and competitive profiles are more important than ever as the German higher education landscape becomes more crowded. My advice to students is simple: do your homework meticulously, reach out to experienced consultants for guidance, and be prepared for increased competition and the subtle shifts in visa policies that might arise from these demographic changes.
